Zen Zone

Between classes, before exams, or when life feels too loud, the Zen Zone is your space to reset. Campus can move fast. This zone doesn’t. No booking needed. Just walk in, exhale, and relax.

Overview

What Is the Zen Zone?

Think of it as your personal reset button on campus. Free tea, a gratitude wall, meditation corners, bean bags, colouring books, and comfy places to lounge where you can rest between classes.

Decompress your way, whether that means colouring, studying, or just sitting silently without any distractions.

A young woman with long dark hair smiles at the camera, sitting indoors with a maroon backpack and a water bottle beside her, in a brightly lit room with green and yellow accents.
Four young adults sit on a couch, posing for a photo. One holds drumsticks, another has a camera, and one gives bunny ears to a friend. All are casually dressed, with a small potted plant on the table in front of them.
Four young adults sit close together indoors, smiling at the camera as one of them takes a selfie. The group appears happy and relaxed in a modern, well-lit room.
