Student Advocates

Your voice matters. Student Advocates bridge the gap between students and administration, fighting for the changes you need to succeed.

ADVOCACY AT IGNITE

What is a Student Advocate?

Advocates are students like you. Their job is to make sure your voice reaches the people who make decisions on campus.

Student Advocates represent students on committees and advocate for policies and changes that improve student life at Humber Polytechnic and the University of Guelph-Humber. They build connections between students and administration, creating open channels for communication and delivering real solutions to real problems.

Your concerns matter. If you need assistance or have an issue on campus, reach out to them. If they can’t solve it directly, they’ll connect you with the right people and resources who can.
